For their 2026 refresh, PepsiCo wanted to renew excitement, enhance category relevance and increase engagement for their Change Compass tool: a global framework to understand, track and anticipate future change via trends and shifting human drivers.

Our refresh simplified narratives to critical implications and proritised eye-catching design. We developed summarised and keynote versions of the tool to allow quick immersion into future trends.
